Credit Application for a House Account

To make buying even easier, Growers Supply offers a "House Account"* for approved customers. Click on the Credit Application link below and fill out the required information. Mail or fax the completed form to the address listed on the application. If you are placing an order on the website today, be sure to include the order confirmation number. Once your application is received and approved, your order will be processed and your account will be activated.

*All equipment and/or parts shall remain the property of Growers Supply until full payment is received. All invoices are due 20 days following purchase. Any invoice or portion thereof past due after thirty (30) days may accrue a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum or the highest lawful rate) on the past due amount. Customer will pay all cost of collection and reasonable attorney fees plus expenses.
